What we want pulls us closer.
What we need asks us why.

We are surrounded by things
designed to make us want more.

More objects.
More images.
More experiences.
More of what we do not yet have.

Desire moves between attraction and absence.
Between what is present
and what remains beyond reach.

But desire is also deeply human.

It can move us toward another person.
Toward an idea.
Toward something we have not yet created.

It can become curiosity.
Ambition.
Imagination.
The wish to move beyond what already exists.

The question is not whether we desire.

It is whether we understand
what is pulling us forward.

Desire does not only ask us to want.
It asks us to understand why.
